We also offer a custom designed own demand program through Chinique Boutique.  Where you literally get in touch with me send me a picture and all of your requests. I get you a quote. We have you a wig made by a manufacturer. These are luxury and the best human hair available with a variety of cap Options. Turnaround time is approximately 30 to 45 days. These are a fraction of the cost that you would pay for the at a large retail store. And made specifically for you.

If it’s a custom on demand, please allow up to 60 days for delivery. The product is shipped straight to you.

The Ready to ship in the store no matter which brand is the 7 to 10 days. If it is shipped USPS, it could take a little bit longer because of the issues with them right now. Please be patient. But tracking would be provided.

Chinique Boutique Has no control over other vendors shipping times or quality. But there are refunds available for the ready to ship items up to 30 days in the original packaging and not used.

Any custom designed on demand there is no refund. That is made specifically for you. You will get a video and pictures before they even ship it to you. So you will be able to make changes or accept or not. At least 1/2 payment is down upon ordering and the other half before it is shipped.
